Find a detail without relying on memory

A customer may have mentioned a product specification, delivery condition or earlier request in a conversation. Search the archive for the saved detail, then open the original context to check what was actually said.

Search runs locally and can use words or meaning. Account and date filters help narrow the results. An archive can only return information it contains, so a missing result does not prove that a conversation or commitment never existed.

Bring in the history you have

Archive collection is opt-in. You can extend available messages with supported WhatsApp text exports and reviewed document imports. Imported text retains its source context rather than being presented as a newly received WhatsApp message.

Sendumi does not guarantee a complete backfill of all WhatsApp history. What the service makes available, what has been collected and what you import determine the archive’s coverage. It is not a promise to recover every old or deleted message.

Ask a question and inspect the supporting excerpts

For an explicit AI question, Sendumi sends selected relevant excerpts to your configured provider. The answer can refer back to supporting excerpts, which you can inspect before using it to make a decision or write a reply.

Local storage and local search do not make AI processing local. AI questions use an online provider and incur separate provider usage. An answer can still be incomplete or mistaken; the underlying conversation or document is the place to verify an important detail.

The workflow, step by step

1. Enable archive collection for the conversations you choose.
2. Import supported text exports or documents when you need additional source material.
3. Search locally and narrow results by account or date.
4. Open the original context, or ask an explicit AI question and review its referenced excerpts.
